Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the entire CLiQQ (formerly EVERY DAY! REWARDS) program and any participation is considered as acceptance.

CLiQQ accounts, cards, rewards and points, in whatever form, are issued by and remain the property of Philippine Seven Corporation (PSC), which may alter, amend, or terminate the program or any of its conditions.

Customers may join the CLiQQ rewards program by purchasing an CLiQQ card or downloading the CLiQQ mobile app and registering. Each member can have a maximum of 3 cards associated to their account. Each account is identified by the CLiQQ system based on the member’s registered mobile number.

CLiQQ points are earned for every Php 50.00 single or accumulated transaction, excluding services and other commission based items, at any 7-Eleven store in the Philippines. This may vary during special promotions.

CLiQQ accounts can only be used in 7-Eleven in the Philippines and in other promotional partners identified by the program.

PSC reserves the right to refuse or close accounts for any reason at any time. Members must declare correct personal details at the time of registration and update their profile for any changes.

Members are responsible for transactions of CLiQQ points and redemption of rewards in their account. Members are encouraged to closely monitor their accounts to ensure that their rewards are redeemed within the given period.

PSC may withdraw or cancel CLiQQ accounts; decline to issue cards, rewards and points, in whatever form; and/or terminate a member from the program at any time due to the following reasons:

Members can opt to leave the program for any reason at any time. By leaving the program, PSC reserves the right to cancel their accounts; thus, points or rewards that were already accrued or issued will be forfeited.

All CLiQQ accounts which are not used within 6 months will automatically be cancelled. Members will then need to register new cards/app to be able to rejoin the program.

By providing details, participants give the authority to PSC to communicate with the participants using the contact details they provided (cell phone number, email, Facebook account, etc.) for promotions that qualify the members, and that would be beneficial to the members.

Privacy Statement

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorized employees within the company on a need to know basis only use any information collected from individual members. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to CLiQQ members. We will investigate any unauthorized actions against the CLiQQ system with a view to prosecuting and/or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible.

Confidentiality

Members’ records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, other than CLiQQ partners and, if legally required to do so, to the appropriate authorities. We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party, or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by CLiQQ will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.

Availability

Unless otherwise stated, the services featured on CLiQQ are only available within the Philippines. All content is intended solely for the Philippine market. Redistribution or republication of any part of this site or its content is prohibited, including such by framing or other similar or any other means, without the express written consent of Philippine Seven Corporation. Philippine Seven Corporation does not warrant that the CLiQQ system will be uninterrupted, timely or error free, although it is provided to the best ability. By being part of the CLiQQ system you thereby indemnify Philippine Seven Corporation, its employees, agents and affiliates against any loss or damage, in whatever manner, howsoever caused.
